Returns and Refunds Policy
Unless otherwise stated on this site, we will accept a return of the product for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and admin costs, provided such return is made within fourteen days of receipt of your order and provided the products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
To return a product, you must email returns@powerproducts.co.za and obtain an authorization number prior to returning your order. Returns sent back to our warehouse without an authorisation number will not be accepted.
All returns must be returned to our warehouse in Durban. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned products. The
purchasers shall bear the risk of loss during shipment of returned products.
It is recommended that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery.
